You have 30 days to return any unworn products for exchange. If 30 days has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns at this time unless items are damaged from us or incorrect order sent (size and color). Incase of unavailability of stock, CZ Clothing will refund you in full within 30 days.
You can return your items to CZ Clothing for a refund or exchange provided:
Item is still in the original packaging
Item is undamaged and unworn
You have the original proof of purchase ( your invoice)
Orders cannot be canceled after they've been processed or they've been shipped. You can request an exchange if you’d like to change the size or color of one of the items from your order, or a Return if something is wrong with it.
